Eligibility Criteria For LiveStock Card

  • You should be a resident of Punjab province
  • Applicant must possess original and national identity card.
  • Applicant’s mobile phone should be SIM active and registered in his name.
  • Applicant should own at least five to ten heifers/calves.
  • Applicants with more than ten calves will also be eligible for free loans, but they will be given loan facilities for animals above ten.
  • The applicant must have a clean credit history (no default) verified by the Electronic Credit Information Bureau.
  • Applicant’s identity and character will be verified by NADRA and NECTA agencies.
  • The Urban Unit Department shall verify the existence of the applicant’s livestock and animals.
  • The applicant must also be registered in the Livestock Department database 9211.

Cattle owners can purchase animal feed like Linda, hay, and salt mix from Bank of Punjab-registered local feed dealers using the Livestock Card with the loan amount.
